Strozzapreti are among the oldest pasta shapes in the Central and Southern Italian tradition. Extremely inviting in appearance and texture, they are named after a delicacy once enjoyed by the Canons, a delicacy that aroused the envy of the less fortunate.
At Farabella, we make them in a gluten-free version and recommend them with a full-bodied tomato ragù.

Corn flour, rice flour, water, starch, salt. Acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid. May contain soy.
CONSERVATION:
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. DO NOT PIERCE THE PACKAGE. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
