Farabella's gluten-free Maccheroni al Ferro is a typical Calabrian pasta shape. The name comes from the unique process that originally involved wrapping the pasta around a knitting needle.
They are ideal with sauces based on minced meat and vegetables.

Corn flour, rice flour, water, starch, salt. Acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid. May contain soy.
CONSERVATION:
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. DO NOT PIERCE THE PACKAGE. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
