Ingredients: gluten-free preparation (rice cream, corn starch, guar flour, baking powder (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), vanilla flavoring), vegetable margarine (vegetable fat (shea butter), vegetable oil (high oleic sunflower), water, concentrated lemon juice, emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), flavoring), sugar, EGGS (mixture of shelled and pasteurized chicken EGGS), cocoa, salt.
