Farabella's gluten-free cavatelli originated in Molise, but thanks to their extraordinary goodness, they are now widespread throughout central and southern Italy.
It is said that they are among the oldest pasta shapes, together with lasagne, and the favourite of Frederick II of Swabia, so much so that they were served at the most prestigious banquets.
At Farabella, we make them with pure spring water and the finest ingredients. Gluten-free, of course!
We recommend them with full-bodied sauces and pestos, but also with legumes and seafood.
INGREDIENTS:
Corn flour, rice flour, water, starch, salt. Acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid. May contain soy.
CONSERVATION:
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. DO NOT PIERCE THE PACKAGE. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
